You can book an appointment through our online booking system, by phone, or by visiting our location. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

We are located in Tullow, Co Carlow. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email of your appointment as well as a reminder email 48 hours prior to your booking with the address, eircode, and other important details to take note of ahead of your appointment.

We also close the Saturday before and the Tuesday after a Bank Holiday Monday.

Yes, there is a cul-de-sac across the road as well as parking onsite in the event that is not free. Please call 0851486620 if you are struggling to find parking at your appointment.

Unfortunately, there is a step into the salon which makes it inaccessible for wheelchair users.

While we understand it may be daunting to come to a new salon alone or you may struggle with finding childcare because life happens, we ask that you please come to your appointment alone so that the appointment can run smoothly. There are a lot of chemicals and sharp objects eye level which makes the salon unsafe and unsuitable for children.

Online bookings are open up to 3 months in advance. When booking for new clients, please book at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment. When booking repeat or refill appointments, please try to stay booked 2 months in advance.

Yes. No-shows will be expected to pay 80% of the full price of the missed appointment. Future appointments will not be given until this has been settled.

If you are a new client or it has been 6 months or more since the last time you received the treatment, you need a patch test for brow lamination, lash lift, tinting, hybrid tinting and waxing services. It does not matter if you have been getting this service elsewhere with no issues, different products may be used at Deep Fusion and it is important for your safety that your get patch tested at least 24 hours prior to your service. It is also required to fill out the online patch test form that is sent to your email prior to your patch test appointment.

Yes, we accept gift vouchers that are purchased online or in salon. We do not accept gift vouchers from outside companies such as One 4 All.

You can return products up to 14 days later providing they are in their original, resalable condition, undamaged and with the security seal still intact. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
