Shipping Within Ireland

Deep Fusion Beauty ships beauty products throughout Ireland via An Post. We are committed to getting your skincare, tan, and supplement orders to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Irish bank holidays)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via An Post:

Standard Delivery:

  • Delivery time: 2-5 business days within Ireland
  • Tracking available for all orders
  • Shipping cost: €4.95 (Free shipping on orders over €100)

Express Delivery:

  • Delivery time: 1-2 business days within Ireland
  • Tracking included
  • Shipping cost: €8.95

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email
  • Track your An Post delivery at: www.anpost.com/track
  • Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout
  • We ship to all addresses in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes for certain products (supplements may have restrictions)
  • If you're not home, An Post will leave a collection card for pickup at your local post office

Product Care During Shipping

  • All beauty products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit
  • Temperature-sensitive products (certain skincare and supplements) are shipped with appropriate protective packaging
  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Ireland. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions:

  • Aerosol tanning products must be shipped via ground service only
  • Certain supplements may have quantity restrictions
  • Flammable products (nail polish, some skincare) follow An Post safety guidelines

Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, please note:

  • An Post delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur during peak periods (Christmas, sales events) or due to weather conditions
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by An Post or circumstances beyond our control

Missing or Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  1. Check your tracking information at www.anpost.com/track
  2. Check with neighbours or your local post office
  3. Contact us at deepfusionbeauty@gmail.com and we'll investigate with An Post
  4. We will work with you to resolve any delivery issues
